Promotion & Maintenance

Bonuses are paid to active Representatives according to their rank. Ranks are based on the number of active personally sponsored Representatives, their own Group Volume as well as the Group Volume of the Teams in their Retirement Tree.

Once promoted, a Representative will always keep their rank, however they will only be paid bonuses at the rank they are qualified for. In other words, if a Representative attained the rank of Executive in March, but only qualified at Manager in May, they will still be called an Executive, but will be paid as a Manager.

In order to stay eligible to receive bonuses a Representative at any level needs to maintain a minimum order of 50 points (PV)

  • Associate: A Representative starts at the rank of Associate. However if a new Representative starts with a minimum purchase of 250 points (which attracts a 30% discount), they will begin at the rank of Senior Associate.
  • Senior Associate: In order to be paid at the rank of Senior Associate one would have personally sponsored 2 Representatives, have a minimum of 2 teams with a minimum 100 GV in each and a minimum total of 500 GV. If, within their first 30 days, a Senior Associate personally sponsors, at least 3 Representatives who also attain the rank of Senior Associate, they will be promoted to Manager for the following 6 months. After the 6-month period has lapsed, if the "Grandfathered" Manager has not attained the rank of Manager in their own right, they will revert to Senior Associate.
  • Manager: To achieve the rank of Manager, one needs at least 3 Active personally sponsored Representatives in a minimum of 3 teams with a minimum of 500 GV in each and a minimum total of 2,500 GV.
  • Executive: To achieve the rank of Executive, one needs at least 5 Active personally sponsored Representatives in a minimum of 3 teams which have each a minimum of 2,000 GV in each and a total of 10,000 GV.
  • Managing Executive: To achieve the rank of Managing Executive, one needs at least 7 Active personally sponsored Representatives in a minimum of 3 teams which have each a minimum of 5,000 GV in each and a total of 25,000 GV.
  • Senior Executive: To achieve the rank of Senior Executive, one needs at least 10 Active personally sponsored Representatives in a minimum of 3 teams which have each a minimum of 10,000 GV in each and a total of 50,000 GV.
